1. DMCA & Intellectual Property Overview

BioscopeBD ("we," "our," or "the Platform") respects the intellectual property rights of copyright holders, content creators, and media organizations worldwide. We comply with the provisions of Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512, commonly known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), as well as applicable international copyright treaties.

2. Notice and Takedown Policy

If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of an owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, and you believe that content accessible through BioscopeBD infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notification.

To ensure prompt processing, your notification must include all of the following elements:

3. Fast Turnaround & Response Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification meeting the requirements above, BioscopeBD will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified link or reference. Legitimate removal requests are typically addressed within 24 to 48 business hours.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If a content provider or user believes that access to their link was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, a written counter-notification may be submitted pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

BioscopeBD reserves the right to terminate access, block indexation, or remove external provider sources that are repeatedly identified as infringing or non-responsive to legitimate copyright inquiries.
